Registered seven years ago, we are de facto, among young firms in the country; and we are but young in this respect. Our strength lies in the pool of experienced, seasoned professionals in their respective fields of specialization, spanning over 20 years. These form the Core Team behind Peers Consult, both at Policymaking and Management levels. The team is determined to provide unprecedented quality service, meeting and exceeding Customer expectations in the various domains that form our Core fields of Consultancy.

We are registered, pre-qualified and authorised Suppliers to the Government of Uganda and have executed several Capacity Building Assignments under the Local Government Development Programme (LGDP) of the Ministry of Local Government as well as other Consultancies (training and non-training) both in Uganda and in the region.

Peers Consult provides the best standards of consultancy services in the fields of Business Management, Training, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, Project Planning and Management, Rural Development Programmes, Strategic Planning and System Design. We provide technical guidance in the planning, managing and implementation pf projects/programmes in the above sectors.

We have developed collaborative partnerships with other firms and Consultants in the region and on the continent. Our current partners include Consultants for Effective Training (CET), of Kigali Rwanda, and the African Centre for Sustainable Development, Mbabane-Swaziland. These synergies have enabled us to offer unparalleled world-class consultancy services in our domains of expertise.

In training, we walk your organisation through the training and change process. This means that we devote time to work with your key personnel in their work places for some time prior to starting any training sessions, and study specific areas where they need help. This helps us to develop tailor made programmes that address your organisation’s specific needs. This helps your key personnel to actively participate in leading the training and/or change
